POST-GRADUATIONS. From the whole set of Post-graduations, each HEI is committed to train 40 students each year, i.e., a total of 200 students per year in the Consortium, 800 during the whole program. It means that each HEI, in average, will be responsible for a total of 8 post-graduation editions which, in average, would have 30 ECTS. As assumption, we consider an average amount of 7 hours per ECTS, which could be eligible for the budget at a 100% level. Regarding the career status which guide both Polytechnics and Universities, we considered a average of 9 hours per week, for Adjunct Professor (Polytechnics, in the second step of the career) or Auxiliar Professor (Universities), with a basis salary of €3201.39 per month plus social security (23,75%), including the total amount of subsidies due (holiday, Christmas and meal allowances). Considering the assumptions, it is estimated a value of about 1.181 million euros for this particular training offer, equally divided by the different HEI and the different years. To manage the different procedures, it will be needed two senior technician, in full time, which will be located in the Postgraduate School in Portalegre. In one of the cases, we consider the position for 4 years (from January 2022 to December 2025) and in the other one 3 years (from 2023 to 2025), totalizing about 153 900 euros. Both bachelors which will be proposed will operate in partnership among the Consortium partners. Considering that, on average, each bachelor will have 20 hours per week, and as we have a total of 2 proposed bachelors, each one with 3 years, we will need a total of 2 professors in the first year, 4 professors in the second and 6 professors in the third year and following. We considered again a basic salary of €3201.39 per month plus social security (23,75%) and subsidies due, in an estimated total amount of 339.000€ to be allocated to this training offer. To enhance the participation of students in the project, it is considered some budget for several dissemination actions in secondary and professional schools, in order to explain the different STEAM areas. This program will be made in partnership with Fórum Estudante, which has a wide coverage and articulation with the professional and the secondary schools (estimated costs of about 70.000€, for both Impulso Jovens and Impulso Adultos). It will also be necessary to draw programs to support students’ success and reduce school dropout, such as the Priority Intervention Educational Territories...
