Termination of the Agreement. 10.1 Termination for Material Breach. A Party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement on written Notice if the other Party breaches any material term of this Agreement and, when that breach is curable, fails to cure such breach within 30 days after written Notice thereof. This right to terminate shall be in addition to any other remedies the non-defaulting Party may have under the Agreement or by Applicable Laws.
