LANGUAGE. 1. The main language used in Application for debit card opening, Terms and Conditions on debit card and related documents between the Bank and the Cardholder is Vietnamese.
2. In case foreign parties are involved, Parties may agree to use the version in common foreign languages and Vietnamese version. In case of discrepancy between the Vietnamese version and the version in foreign languages, Vietnamese version shall prevail.

The main language used in Credit card application form and agreement, Terms and Conditions on credit card issuance and use and related documents between the Bank and the Cardholder is Vietnamese. In case foreign parties are involved, Parties may agree to use the version in common foreign languages and Vietnamese version. In case of discrepancy between the Vietnamese version and the version in foreign languages, Vietnamese version shall prevail.
LANGUAGE. This Merchant TC is made in both English and Vietnamese. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between English version and Vietnamese version, the English version shall prevail. This Merchant TC is effective on April 11, 2023. In the event that Merchant conducts Sales through media in accordance with this Merchant TC to Members, and Members opt to use AFTEE, Agent shall provide Merchant with the Service in accordance with the following:
(a-1) Start of using AFTEE on Merchant's Channel Upon a Member selecting AFTEE as payment option from a Merchant’s Channel, Merchant shall, in accordance with the manners determined by Agent, transmit the data that is sufficient to identify the order by the Members and is designated by Agent (“Transaction Data”). If a Member opts to use AFTEE, the Member is required to provide certain information as required by Agent in accordance with (a-2-1) or (a-2-2) below.
LANGUAGE. 14.1 The main language used in Application form and contract for Timo debit card issuance and usage, Terms and Conditions on debit card and related documents between the Bank and the Cardholder is Vietnamese.
14.2 In case foreign parties are involved, Parties may agree to use the version in common foreign languages and Vietnamese version. In case of discrepancy between the Vietnamese version and the version in foreign languages, Vietnamese version shall prevail.
LANGUAGE. 17.1 This Contract and other relevant documentation communicated between BIDV and Cardholder shall be in Vietnamese.
17.2 In the event of involvement of foreign party, both parties can mutually agree to the language of this Contract. In case of any inconsistency, Vietnamese version shall prevail.
