Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off. When a designated holiday falls on the regular day off of an employee, she/he shall choose either to be granted an equivalent time off without loss of pay or to be paid an additional day's pay. The time at which the time off is to be taken is to be determined by the employee subject to approval by the majority of employees. Such approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
