00 - Elimination of a Position Having an Incumbent. 5-4.01 Twice a year, on the last working day of May and on the last working day of November, the College shall provide the Union, for consultation purposes, with a list of positions which it intends to eliminate in the period concerned and also the foreseen dates of those eliminations. That consultation occurs within the L.R.C. and finishes within thirty (30) days following each of the two (2) above-mentioned dates. For the purposes of this section, an excessive work load cannot fall onto an employee solely because of the elimination of a position.
