Common use of 000 HOLIDAYS Clause in Contracts

000 HOLIDAYS. 12.100 All time worked on the following holidays shall be paid at the rate of double time. Any other holiday proclaimed by either the Provincial or Federal Government will be automatically recognized within this Agreement. New Year's Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, New Brunswick Day (1st Monday in August), Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas and Boxing Day.
