000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xx. City will continue to occupy/use the property rent free until 3/31/2024 consistent with national objectives as set forth in the Memorandum of Understanding dated July 3, 2000 (“National Objectives”). If City remains in the property after 3/31/24, City will pay $5,000 per month rent until it vacates (with rent accruing for the entirety of the month on the first day of the month). • City will reimburse FFNP for all gas, electric, water and pest control expenses actually incurred for 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx from 1/1/24 through and until the date it vacates the property. FFNP will be required to submit copies of paid utility bills for reimbursement to the City and thereafter the City will provide reimbursement in a timely manner. • FFNP represents and warrants that it has not violated the CDBG Grant, and City will not take any contrary position with HUD. • FFNP represents and warrants that it has not violated the HUD regulations (as to 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx only) and/or the 7/3/2000 Memorandum of Understanding and/or the 7/5/2000 CDBG Agreement, and City will not take any contrary position with HUD. • FFNP represents and warrants that it has used 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx consistent with National Objectives since it took occupancy and that it will continue to use 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx consistent with National Objectives until at least 8/31/25, and City will not take any contrary position with HUD. • FFNP represents and warrants that it will use 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx as set forth in its below “Statement of FFNP’s Use” through and until at least 8/31/25.
