01 of the W. E.L.R.A. (Machine & Fabricating Shops) - U.S.W.A. Agreement provides for payment of vacations to an employee who has worked less than one (1) year on the following basis: - Four percent (4%) of their gross earnings. - One (1) day's vacation for each major fraction of a month worked (maximum ten (10) working days). The provisions of this Section are the basis of adjusting a new employee's vacation pay and vacation time to a cut-off date.
