180 Day Period Sample Clauses

180 Day Period. It is the express intent of the parties that the parties' rights and obligations under this Agreement be construed in the manner necessary to exempt this Agreement and the sale of the Property from registration under the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, and both Buyer and Seller hereby expressly waive any right or provision of this Agreement that would otherwise preclude such exemption. Furthermore, it is the express intent of the parties that the Buyer's right to cancel this Agreement following the expiration of the 180 Day Period is not otherwise affected by the provisions of this Section. In the event that Buyer cancels this Agreement following the expiration of the 180 Day Period, Seller shall refund the Deposit to Buyer (without interest) and shall reimburse Buyer for the cost of any title search and survey plus all mortgage related fees and expenses actually paid by Xxxxx. Upon Xxxxx's receipt of such refund, this Agreement shall automatically terminate and Seller shall thereafter be relieved and released of all further liabilities and obligations hereunder and Xxxxx shall be deemed to have waived any rights to make any claims against Seller in connection with this Agreement. Notwithstanding such automatic termination, Xxxxx hereby agrees to execute and deliver to Seller a formal acknowledgment of Xxxxxx's release hereunder.

180 Day Period. If the inmate has not been brought to trial within 180 days from the date prosecuting officials received the IAD packet, ISM staff will correspond with the prosecutor (see sample, Attachment E) calling attention to the lapse of the 180- day period. # Only the state may authorize the removal of its detainer. # The inmate must address any request regarding a possible violation of the IADA to the appropriate state court.

If the law allows the parties to specify a shorter period for bringing claims, or the law does not provide a time at all, then claims must be made within 18 months after the event(s) giving rise to a dispute occurs.

  • Initial Period The Initial Period will begin on the date set forth above and will terminate on the earlier of (i) the Commercial Operation Date, or (ii) the Date the Agreement is terminated pursuant to the provisions of Clause 19.

  • Payment Period Whenever a payment under this Agreement specifies a payment period with reference to a number of days (e.g., “payment shall be made within forty (40) days following the date of termination), the actual date of payment within the specified period shall be within the sole discretion of the Company.
