192 Hours of Vacation. From the two hundred fifty-third (253rd) full month, to and including the two hundred sixty-fourth (264th) full month of continuous employment, permanent employees shall accrue vacation leave at the rate of sixteen (16) hours per month of active employment, or the equivalent of up to one-hundred and ninety-two (192) hours per year (16 hours per month X 12 months = 192 hours per year).
