Payments made by Borrowers hereunder shall be applied (a) first, as specifically required hereby; (b) second, to Obligations then due and owing by the applicable Borrower Group; (b) third, to other Obligations specified by Xxxxxxxxx; and (c) fourth, as determined by Agent in its discretion. Any resulting credit balance shall not accrue interest in favor of Borrowers and shall be made available to Borrowers as long as no Event of Default exists, including by way of transfer to an operating account of the applicable Borrowers upon request.
