2005 Bonus Sample Clauses
2005 Bonus. For the 2005 calendar year, the Employee will receive a bonus in the amount of Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00), payable on the earlier of the Effective Date or December 31, 2005. The Company notes that this bonus is recognized for services performed while employed by Xxxxxxxx.
2005 Bonus. The Executive’s bonus for the performance period from May 1, 2005 to December 31, 2005 shall be based upon the provisions of the current Papers Business Unit Incentive Plan and the Executive’s target bonus shall be based on 100% of Base Salary, pro rated for the period between May 1, 2005 and December 31, 2005 (it being understood that MeadWestvaco Corporation is responsible for the bonus for the period between January 1, 2005 and April 30, 2005.
2005 Bonus. Employee shall be eligible to receive a bonus for 2005 in the amount to be determined in accordance with the provisions of the Employer’s Management Incentive Bonus Plan for Corporate Non-Executive Officers and Corporate Staff, to be paid in a lump sum, less federal, state and local withholding taxes, at the date bonuses are paid to other Corporate Executives of Employer.
2005 Bonus. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, in the event that for any reason whatsoever other than (i) termination of Employee's employment for "Cause", as defined below, or (ii) voluntary resignation by Employee prior to January 4, 2005, Employer does not offer, on or before February 1, 2005, to extend the term of this Agreement, or that an extension is offered and Employee does not accept such offer on or before February 1, 2005, then, in addition to all other amounts payable to Employee hereunder, Employer shall pay to Employee, not later than February 15, 2005, the sum of $1,100,000.
2. This Amendment No. 3 is effective as of the date hereof.

2005 Bonus. Except as provided in Sections 15 and 16, Employee will receive a bonus for 2005, to be paid on February 28, 2006 after receipt of the release set forth as Exhibit A, equal to $175,000. Employee will not be entitled to any bonus for service in 2006.
2005 Bonus. At the time Rent-Way pays bonuses to its executives in respect of its 2005 fiscal year, Rent-Way shall pay a bonus to Mxxxxxxxxxx for the 2005 fiscal year for work performed in his capacity as Chief Executive Officer and President in such amount as may be determined by the Compensation Committee of the Board, giving consideration to Mxxxxxxxxxx’x performance during the 2005 fiscal year as Chief Executive Officer and President (whether prior to or subsequent to the Effective Date of this Agreement) and the financial performance of Rent-Way.
2005 Bonus. The Executive shall be entitled to a bonus with respect to calendar year 2005 in an amount determined by the Company in accordance with policies applicable to executive bonuses generally. Such amount shall be paid to the Executive on the date bonuses are generally paid to executives of the Company and in any event not later than March 15, 2006.
2005 Bonus. The parameters for any bonus for Employee for 2005 shall be established by the CEO in his discretion (subject to mandates, if any, from the Board of Directors or its Compensation Committee).
2005 Bonus. Executive shall be eligible to receive a bonus for services performed during 2005 as if he had been a full-time employee of the Company for all of 2005; provided, however, the amount of the bonus, if any, shall be subject to the complete discretion of the Compensation Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors. Any bonus payment shall be paid to Executive by March 31, 2005.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, in the event that for any reason whatsoever other than (i) termination of Employee's employment under Section 6(a) below, or (ii) voluntary resignation by Employee prior to January 4, 2005, Employer does not offer, on or before February 1, 2005, to extend the term of this Agreement, or that an extension is offered and Employee does not accept such offer on or before February 1, 2005, then, in addition to all other amounts payable to Employee hereunder, Employer shall pay to Employee, not later than February 15, 2005, the sum of $500,000.
