Unit Incentive Plan definition

Unit Incentive Plan means the Trust's unit incentive plan described under "Trust Unit Incentive Plan".
Unit Incentive Plan means a plan (including without limitation a deferred compensation plan) providing for the issuance of Equity Securities, options or rights to acquire Equity Securities, or rights based upon the value of Equity Securities or otherwise relating to Equity Securities, to or for the benefit of individuals providing services to the Persons specified therein. 1994 Registration Rights Agreement is defined in Section 3.
Unit Incentive Plan means the Gigamon LLC 2009 Performance Unit Plan.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event Executive terminates his employment for Good Reason as provided in Subparagraph 6(e), he shall be entitled to the Severance Amount only if he provides the Notice of Termination provided for in Subparagraph 6(f) within thirty (30) days after the occurrence of the event or events which constitute such Good Reason as specified in clauses (A), (B), (C), (D), (E) and (F) of Subparagraph 6(e);
