Corporate Staff definition

Corporate Staff means the following of the Corporate Management’s staff activities: accounting and economics, tax, information technology, internal and external information, health/safety/environment, finance, insurance, internal audit and human resources/organization
Corporate Staff means the staff of the Corporation of the City of Windsor authorized to exercise the rights and perform the duties of the Corporation under this Agreement.
Corporate Staff means certain Participants located at the corporate office that supports the Company.

  • The provisions of the collective agreement pertaining to severance pay old shall not apply to employment contracts that are subject to the Corporate Staff and Self-Employed Provision Act.

  • The Corporation Group shall retain all Liabilities relating to workers' compensation claims that were incurred (a) prior to the Effective Time with respect to Corporation Pre-Distribution Employees who were employed by the Corporation Group (not including the IMS Health Group) and Corporate Staff Employees allocated to Corporation as a result of the Distribution and (b) on and after the Effective Time with respect to Corporation Post-Distribution Employees.

  • The principal offices of the Company may be a Chairman of the Board and one or more Vice Chairmen of the Board, each of whom shall be members of the Board of Directors, and members of the Company’s Corporate Staff, or successor committee then in place (the number and titles thereof to be determined by the Board of Directors).

  • Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company's Management Incentive Bonus Plan for Corporate Non-Executive Officers and Corporate Staff and the Sequa Corporation Long-Term Incentive Plan in accordance with the terms thereof and subject to the same terms and conditions as other similarly situated Company executives.


More Definitions of Corporate Staff

Corporate Staff means the senior management employees, in each case, who qualify for bonuses in "Category 3" or above under the Bonus Plan or equivalent under any successor or substitute bonus plan or policy.
Corporate Staff means the officers of the Company and other regular full-time Central or Regional employees as defined in the Company’s Employee Handbook, who qualify for a bonus under the Bonus Plan at or above a threshold specified from time to time by the Committee.

  • Corporate Status describes the status of a person who is or was a director, officer, trustee, general partner, manager, managing member, fiduciary, employee or agent of the Company or of any other Enterprise (as defined below) which such person is or was serving at the request of the Company.
