2025-2026 School Year. For the 2025-2026 school year, the parties agree to reopen negotiations regarding 2025-2026 total compensation only.

2025-2026 School Year. One hundred eighty (180) scheduled days of student instruction and a total of one hundred eighty-two (182) teacher work days. The total annual salary is based upon one hundred eighty-two (182) workdays.
2025-2026 School Year. Upon the request of either party, negotiations shall be reopened with up to three articles selected by each party. The parties shall submit initial proposals in sufficient time to complete the public notice (“sunshine”) process on or before November 15, 2024 and begin negotiations on or before March 1, 2025, unless mutually agreed to otherwise in writing.
2025-2026 School Year. If the enacted California 2025-26 State Budget COLA is funded at a level less than 1.73%, and no augmentation is provided to offset the loss of revenue, both parties agree to revisit the potential impact on the multiyear financial health of the District and examine potential cost saving measures. • If the enacted California 2025-26 State Budget COLA is funded at a level in excess of 3.73%, or there is an augmentation to the COLA resulting in an increase of revenues beyond the 3.73%, the District and Association agree to examine potential enhancements to the salary schedule for Year 2.

  • ALTERNATE SCHOOL CALENDAR 1. In this article, an alternative school calendar is a school calendar that differs from the standard school calendar as specified in Schedule 1 (Supplement) of the School Calendar Regulation 114/02. 2. When a school district intends to implement an alternate school calendar, written notification shall be provided to the local no later than forty (40) working days prior to its implementation. The employer and the local shall meet within five (5) working days following receipt of such notice to negotiate modifications to the provisions of the agreement that are directly or indirectly affected by the proposed change(s).
