Guests There shall be no other persons living on the Premises other than the Tenant and any Occupant(s). Guests of the Tenant are allowed for periods not lasting for more than 48 hours unless otherwise approved by the Landlord in writing.
Taking compassionate leave An Employee may take compassionate leave for a particular permissible occasion if the leave is taken:
(a) to spend time with the member of the Employee’s immediate family or household who has contracted or developed the personal illness, or sustained the personal injury, referred to clause 5.
2.3.1 of this Agreement; or
(b) after the death of the member of the Employee’s immediate family or household An Employee may take compassionate leave for a particular permissible occasion as
(a) a continuous two (2) day period; or
(b) two (2) separate periods of one (1) day each; or
(c) any separate periods to which the Employee and the Employer agree. If the permissible occasion is the contraction or development of a personal illness, or the sustaining of a personal injury, the Employee may take the compassionate leave for that occasion at any time while the illness or injury persists.
Health Care Operations “Health Care Operations” shall have the same meaning as the term “health care operations” in 45 CFR §164.501.
Office Visits (other than Preventive Care Services) This plan covers office and clinic visits to diagnose or treat a sickness or injury. Office visit copayments differ depending on the type of provider you see. This plan covers physician visits in your home if you have an injury or illness that: • confines you to your home; or • requires special transportation; and • because of this injury or illness, you are physically unable to travel to the provider’s
RESERVATIONS TO MANAGEMENT 6.01 The Union recognizes the right of the Employer to direct the workforce, to promote, demote, transfer or discharge.
6.02 The Union further recognizes the right of the Employer to operate and manage its business in all respects.
6.03 The Employer also reserves the right to supplement and alter, from time to time, reasonable rules and regulations to be observed by the employees.
6.04 Such management rights shall be exercised in a manner which shall not be inconsistent with the terms of the Agreement.
Medicaid If and when the Resident’s assets/funds have fallen below the Medicaid eligibility levels, and the Resident otherwise satisfies the Medicaid eligibility requirements and is not entitled to any other third party coverage, the Resident may be eligible for Medicaid (often referred to as the “payor of last resort”). Safe Operations Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an NTO may take, or cause to be taken, such action with respect to the operation of its facilities as it deems necessary to maintain Safe Operations. To ensure Safe Operations, the local operating rules of the ITO(s) shall govern the connection and disconnection of generation with NTO transmission facilities. Safe Operations include the application and enforcement of rules, procedures and protocols that are intended to ensure the safety of personnel operating or performing work or tests on transmission facilities.
Communications with Accountants Each of the Borrowers authorizes the Administrative Agent and, if accompanied by the Administrative Agent, the Lenders to communicate directly with the Accountants and authorizes the Accountants to disclose to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders any and all financial statements and other supporting financial documents and schedules including copies of any management letter with respect to the business, financial condition and other affairs of such Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries. At the request of the Administrative Agent, such Borrower shall deliver a letter addressed to the Accountants instructing them to comply with the provisions of this §8.9.2.
