7k Training Program. All employees shall be provided with a minimum of sixty (60) hours of annual training. This training shall be either individual or group formalized, structured courses of instruction to acquire skills and knowledge for an employee’s current or future job performance. The training shall be as required to contain measurable learning objectives that can be evaluated in a classroom setting or in structured on-the-job training.
