A HOLIDAYS. Employees will be paid for all school holidays and all other regular school days on which their work locations are closed for special observance or emergencies pursuant to action of the Chancellor or the Community Superintendent. Employees newly hired on or after July 1, 2004 shall not be entitled to the Election Day “floating holiday”.
