A350-900 Aircraft. 1.2.1 In respect of each A350-900 Aircraft that is sold by the Seller and purchased by the Buyer, the Seller shall provide to the Buyer [***]:
A350-900 Aircraft. At the time of signature of this Agreement, the design development of the A350-900 Aircraft is finalized and the aircraft definition corresponding to the Base Price of the A350-900 set forth in Clause 3.1.1 of the Agreement is as set forth in the Seller’s current reference document, the A350-900 Standard Specification. The estimated Manufacturer’s Weight Empty (MWE) as set forth in paragraph *** of the A350-900 Standard Specification has been *** (expressed in metric tons).   • Aircraft The Airframe to be sold by AVSA to the Owner Trustee as provided in the Participation Agreement and to be leased under the Lease (or any permitted substitute airframe thereunder) together with two Engines (whether either is an initial Engine or a Replacement Engine) whether or not any of such initial or Replacement Engines may from time to time be installed on such Airframe or may be installed on any other airframe or on any other aircraft, including any aircraft substituted pursuant to Section 11.03

  • Lease of Aircraft Lessor agrees to lease the Aircraft to Lessee pursuant to the provisions of FAR Section 91.501(b)(6) and Section 91.501(c)(1) and this Agreement, and to provide a fully-qualified and credentialed flight crew for all flights to be conducted hereunder during the Term (as defined in Section 13) hereof. The parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement did not result in any way from any direct or indirect advertising, holding out or soliciting on the part of Lessor or any person purportedly acting on behalf of Lessor. Lessor and Lessee intend that the lease of the Aircraft effected by this Agreement shall be treated as a “wet lease” pursuant to which Lessor provides transportation services to Lessee in accordance with FAR Section 91.501(b)(6) and Section 91.501(c)(1).

  • AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION The guarantees defined in Paragraphs 2 and 3 below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A321 Aircraft as described in the A321 Standard Specification ***** as amended by the following SCNs:

  • Aircraft Basic Price The Aircraft Basic Price is listed in Table 1 and is subject to escalation in accordance with the terms of this Purchase Agreement.

  • Condition of Aircraft The Aircraft at the time of its return to Lessor shall have been maintained and repaired in accordance with the Approved Maintenance Program and this Lease with the same care and consideration for the technical condition of the Aircraft as if it were to have been kept in continued regular service by the Lessee, and shall meet the following requirements:

  • Maintenance of Aircraft Lessor shall be solely responsible for securing maintenance, preventive maintenance and inspections of the Aircraft (utilizing an inspection program listed in FAR Section 91.409(f)), and shall take such requirements into account in scheduling the Aircraft hereunder.
