Abatement of Nuisances. Lessee shall promptly execute and fulfill all ordinances of the City of Aransas Pass, Texas, applicable to said premises, and all orders and requirements imposed by the Board of Health, Sanitation, Fire and Police Departments, for the correction, prevention and abatement of nuisances in, upon or connected with said premises during the said term of this lease, and will also comply with all such rules and regulations as may be made by the City of Aransas Pass, its Harbor Master or other duly authorized representatives or law enforcement body, or by the State or Federal Government or its duly authorized representatives, during the term of this lease, or any extension thereof, at Lessee’s own cost and expense.
