Abatement Termination, Hearing and Reimbursement. If the City determines that (i) Company has not or cannot reasonably satisfy the Employment Commitment, (ii) has not complied with its Statement of Benefits; or (iii) Company ceases operation at the Site; or (iv) City reasonably believes that Company is about to cease operation at the Site, the City may terminate the Abatement (or Company's right to it); provided, however, if the City terminates the Abatement based on subsections (i) or (iv), the City shall provide Notice and in such Notice specifically state the information on which it is relying to terminate the abatement. It shall be a violation of this Agreement for City to terminate the Abatement based on subsections (i) or (iv) without substantial, compelling evidence that Company cannot satisfy the Employment Commitment or is ceasing operations, respectively. Company shall have thirty (30) days to respond to such Notice prior to City terminating the abatement, which right shall not be subject to a Cure Period.

  • Expense Reimbursement The Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all appropriate business expenses incurred by him in connection with his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies of the Company as in effect from time to time.

  • Travel Expense Reimbursement Pricing for services provided under this Contract are exclusive of any travel expenses that may be incurred in the performance of those services. Travel expense reimbursement may include personal vehicle mileage or commercial coach transportation, hotel accommodations, parking and meals; provided, however, the amount of reimbursement by Customers shall not exceed the amounts authorized for state employees as adopted by each Customer; and provided, further, that all reimbursement rates shall not exceed the maximum rates established for state employees under the current State Travel Management Program (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/procurement/prog/stmp/). Travel time may not be included as part of the amounts payable by Customer for any services rendered under this Contract.   • Meal Reimbursement 1. If an employee is required to work one and one-half (1-1/2) hours before or beyond his/her normal working day or on overtime for emergency purposes or for extended work periods of five (5) or more hours in length on a day that is not the employee’s regular work day, and the employee is not exercising flexible work hours, the employee shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of a meal/food items not to exceed $18.00, plus tip (not to exceed 15%) and applicable taxes. Reimbursement is contingent upon the employee providing receipts.

  • Severance Termination (a) Subject to 56.7 above, indeterminate employees on 4 June 2014 shall be entitled to a severance payment equal to one (1) week's pay for each complete year of continuous employment and, in the case of a partial year of continuous employment, one (1) week's pay multiplied by the number of days of continuous employment divided by three hundred sixty-five (365), to a maximum of thirty (30) weeks.
