Ability to Bump Other than the Least Senior Employees. When the Employer determines that an employee is not qualified and able to bump the least senior employee in a classification, the employee may attempt to bump the second most junior employee in the classification, and so forth, until he/she exhausts his/her bumping rights in that classification.
