About Subscription Plans. You can choose the Subscription Plan that best meets your requirements. There are various Subscription Plans published on our Site (xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/pricing/) to choose from. Grandfathered Subscription Plans prior to 1 August 2017 Any Location in your Account on the Starter Plan prior to 1 August 2017 will be grandfathered on that Starter Plan as long as the Location linked to that Subscription Plan does not breach the annual Guest Sign-in limits for the Starter Plan (Guest 1,000 p.a and Employee 12,000 p.a) or until Your account terminates. Subscribers to the Service prior to 1 September 2018 will remain on Your current Subscription Plan (s) and pricing until Your first annual anniversary following 31 December 2019, when you will be migrated to the Subscription Plans published on our Site at the time of Your renewal. Downgrade and Upgrade You can upgrade or downgrade your Subscription Plan for any Location anytime. WhosOnLocation reserves the right to review Your Subscription Plan anytime and if Your annual Guest and/or Employee sign-in count exceeds Your current Plan, You must upgrade to a Plan that meets Your requirements. 8. Your Obligations Payment obligations 8.1(a) Invoicing by Reseller If you have procured Your Subscription Plan from a Reseller (as per clause 2.2 of this Agreement) and, pursuant to Your contract with the Reseller, You have agreed to make payment of Your Subscription Fees directly to the Reseller, the Reseller will invoice You for Your Subscription Fees in accordance with the payment terms agreed between You and the Reseller. Clause 8.1(b) below will not apply to You unless You renew Your Subscription Plan with Us or subscribe to an opt-in Add-on and that Add-on has an additional Subscription Plan.

  • Management Subscriptions Table 1.6 below lists the Management Subscriptions offered by Red Hat and the Unit description that is used to measure your use of the Management Subscription(s). The Exhibits listed in Table 1.6 contain additional information concerning the scope of the Management Subscriptions and how Red Hat provides Subscription Services to you.

  • ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS 3.1 Subject to clause 3.2 and clause 3.3, the Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Term, purchase additional User Subscriptions in excess of the number set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 and the Supplier shall grant access to the Services and the Documentation to such additional Authorised Users in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

  • User Subscriptions Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, (i) Services are purchased as User subscriptions and may be accessed by no more than the specified number of Users, (ii) additional User subscriptions may be added during the subscription term at the same pricing as that for the pre-existing subscriptions, prorated for the remainder of the subscription term in effect at the time the additional User subscriptions are added, and (iii) the added User subscriptions shall terminate on the same date as the pre-existing subscriptions. User subscriptions are for designated Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned to new Users replacing former Users who no longer require ongoing use of the Services.

  • Software Subscription Lifecycle During the life cycle of Red Hat Software, the scope of Software Maintenance and Support evolves and, after a number of years, we discontinue Software Maintenance and Support for older versions of Software. Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud is intended to be used as a storage system and will be supported only when used as a storage node. When running in Amazon Web Services, an EC2 M1 Large dedicated instance is required in order to be supported. Running other applications and/or programs of any type on the same instance can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server.   • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop Software Subscriptions Software Subscriptions for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktops and Workstations are subject to the parameters set forth in Table 6 below. Each Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop and Workstation Software Subscription includes one Red Hat Network system entitlement and one Smart Management Module, each to be used solely with a single Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop or Workstation System. Production Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop subscriptions is limited to web-based support only for your helpdesk support personnel. Red Hat is not obligated to support your end users directly.

  • Subscription Terms Contractor grants to a Purchasing Entity a license to: (i) access and use the Service for its business purposes; (ii) for IaaS, use underlying software as embodied or used in the Service; and (iii) view, copy, upload and download (where applicable), and use Contractor’s documentation. No Contractor terms, including standard click through license or website terms or use of privacy policy, shall apply to Purchasing Entities unless such terms are included in this Master Agreement.

  • Term of Purchased Subscriptions The term of each subscription shall be as specified in the applicable Order Form. Except as otherwise specified in an Order Form, subscriptions will automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring subscription term or one year (whichever is shorter), unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the relevant subscription term. The per-unit pricing during any renewal term will increase by up to 7% above the applicable pricing in the prior term, unless Xxxxxx provides Customer notice of different pricing at least 60 days prior to the applicable renewal term. Except as expressly provided in the applicable Order Form, renewal of promotional or one-time priced subscriptions will be at Xxxxxx’x applicable list price in effect at the time of the applicable renewal. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, any renewal in which subscription volume for any Services has decreased from the prior term will result in repricing at renewal without regard to the prior term’s per-unit pricing.
