Examples of Subscription Term(s) in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Order Form, any subsequent Subscription Term in which the Customer downgrades its Services or decreases the number of Agents, shall result in new subscription charges (at the time of renewal), despite the prior Subscription Term(s) subscription charges.
This Agreement will be effective as of the Effective Date and will remain in full force and effect until all Quote terms have expired or otherwise have been terminated (a Quote term individually, a “Subscription Term” and all Quote Subscription Terms, collectively, the “Term”).
Any one -time discounts provided by the Supplier in the Order Form will not apply to any subsequent Subscription Term(s).
Adverity shall invoice Customer for all Services listed in the Commercial Agreement for the initial Subscription Term and any renewal Subscription Term(s) as set forth in Section X.2. Adverity will invoice Customer in advance and otherwise in accordance with the relevant Commercial Agreement.
Professional Service hours that are not rolled over will not be refunded upon termination or expiration of this Agreement/all Quote Subscription Terms.
