Push Notifications. 1. To use the Apple Push Notification functionality of the Apple Software (“Push Service”), you will need to have an Apple ID and you will need to apply for an Apple-issued certificate. You agree that the information that you provide in connection with such ID and certificate will be true, accurate, and complete. You may use the Push Service only to send notifications from the Calendar Server, Contacts Server, Mail Server, Profile Manager, and Server administration application, and solely for use within your company or organization or for your own non-commercial, personal use.
2. Unless you enter into a separate agreement with Apple, you may not use the Push Service for purposes of sending notifications to any other service, application or device. You may not provide a service to third parties that integrates with or leverages services provided by the Push Service or uses the Push Service in any way. You may use the Push Service only to send notifications to users within your company or organization or for your own non-commercial, personal use.
3. You acknowledge and agree that notifications from the Push Service are sent by you, not Apple, and that you are solely liable and responsible for any data or content transmitted in such notifications, and for your use of the Push Service. As a condition to using the Push Service, you agree not to send unsolicited messages, or otherwise use the Push Service for improper or illegal purposes. You also agree not to excessively use the overall network capacity or bandwidth of the Push Service, as determined in Apple’s sole discretion. Further, you agree not to take any actions to interfere with the normal operation of the Push Service, including with digital certificates or encryption used in the Push Service.
4. You understand and agree that in order to provide the Push Service, Apple may transmit notifications across various public networks, in various media, and modify notifications to comply with the technical and other requirements for connecting to networks or devices. You acknowledge and agree that the Push Service is not, and is not intended to be, a guaranteed or secure delivery service, and you shall not use or rely upon it as such. Further, you understand and agree that Apple may revoke your Apple-issued certificate and remove your access to the Push Service at any time in its sole discretion.

You have the ability, and it is your responsibility, to control the notifications you do, or do not, receive through your device. It is your responsibility to keep your account information secure when using this feature.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third party claims, liability, damages or costs arising from your use of the App or Push Notifications. We will not be liable to you for special, indirect, or consequential damages. Biometric login allows you to log in to the app by using the biometric authentication on your device instead of entering a password (e.g. Fingerprint/Touch ID, Face ID). You must already have the biometric authentication enabled on your device to use this capability. When enabling Fingerprint or Touch ID Login, you are allowing all fingerprints stored on the device to access your account. Therefore, you agree that transactions made on the device involving your account(s) performed by a person whose fingerprint is stored on the device, are authorized by you and you will be responsible for all transactions that person performs, even those transactions you did not intend or want performed. Users should review the devices fingerprint settings before enabling this feature. For Face ID authentication, if you have twins or siblings that look like you and are concerned about their access to your information from our app, we recommend you disable the Face ID feature. Central Bank reserves the right to suspend or disable biometric login at any time.

Retailers will permit Bank, and provide it with the necessary authorization (including the applicable push notification certificates), to push notifications to End Users via the Bundled Application. Bank will not provide any push notifications to End Users unless and until Retailers have approved such communications, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
