Absence of Conflict of Interest. Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package or the Prospectus, none of the Partnership Entities (i) has any material lending or other relationship with any bank or lending affiliate of any Underwriter and (ii) intends to use any of the proceeds from the sale of the Notes hereunder to repay any outstanding debt owed to any affiliate of any Underwriter.

Except as disclosed in the Time of Sale Prospectus and the Prospectus, neither the Partnership nor any of its subsidiaries (i) has any material lending or other relationship with any bank or lending affiliate of the Underwriters and (ii) intends to use any of the proceeds from the sale of the Notes hereunder to repay any outstanding debt owed to any affiliate of the Underwriters.
Absence of Conflict of Interest. 1.5.1. The consent of the Member of the Supervisory Board to run for the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company and the declaration of interests specifying all the circumstances that could give rise to a conflict of interest between the Member of the Supervisory Board and the Company, are attached as Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement. In the case of the circumstances not specified in Annex no. 1 that could give rise to a conflict of interest between the Member of the Supervisory Board and the Company, the Member of the Supervisory Board shall immediately inform the Supervisory Board and the Company of such new circumstances in writing.

Absence of Conflict of Interest. Applicants shall not have any actual or/and potential conflict of interest with the RobotUnion selection process and during the whole acceleration program. All cases of conflict of interest will be assessed case by case.

All cases of conflict of interest will be assessed case by case. ASCAPE consortium partners, its affiliated entities, employees, and permanent co-operators cannot become a recipient of financial support via the open call since this would be a breach of the European Commission’s rules.

All cases of conflict of interest will be assessed case by case. In particular, applicants cannot be DAPSI Consortium partners or affiliated entities nor their employees or co-operators under a contractual agreement.
Absence of Conflict of Interest. Applicants shall not have any actual or/and potential conflict of interest with the INNO4COV-19 selection process and during the whole project implementation. All cases of conflict of interest will be assessed case by case. INNO4COV-19 consortium partners, its affiliated entities, employees and permanent co-operators cannot become a recipient of financial support via the open call.
