Absenteeism / Sick Leave Abuse. The City may establish a reasonable program for the control of abuse of sick leave and absenteeism, subject to Union review and comment. 21.10.1 The Union and the City agree to meet during the term of this 2015 through 2018 agreement, beginning no later than 90 days after Union ratification and Council approval on its regular agenda, on the City’s practice with regard to the control of abuse of sick leave and absenteeism. This Section 21.10.1 shall sunset as of June 16, 2018.
