Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation Incident Reporting. In compliance with sections 39.201 and 415.1034, F.S., an employee of Contractor who knows or has reasonable cause to suspect that a child, aged person, or disabled adult is or has been abused, neglected, or exploited shall immediately report such knowledge or suspicion to the Florida Abuse Hotline by calling 1-800-96ABUSE, or via the web reporting option at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/abuse/report/, or via fax at 0-000-000-0000.

Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation Incident Reporting. The Contractor shall immediately report knowledge or reasonable suspicion of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a child, aged person, or disabled adult to the Florida Abuse Hotline on the statewide toll-free telephone number (1-800-96ABUSE) or via the web reporting option at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/abuse/report/, or via fax at 0-000-000-0000, or via TDD (000) 000-0000 as required by chapters 39 and 415, Florida Statutes, this provision is binding upon both the Contractor and Contractor’s employees. Failure to comply with this Section R, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation Incident Reporting, shall constitute a breach of this Contract.
