Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation Incident Reporting. In compliance with sections 39.201 and 415.1034, F.S., an employee of Contractor who knows or has reasonable cause to suspect that a child, aged person, or disabled adult is or has been abused, neglected, or exploited shall immediately report such knowledge or suspicion to the Florida Abuse Hotline by calling 1-800-96ABUSE, or via the web reporting option at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/abuse/report/, or via fax at 0-000-000-0000.

Failure to comply with this Section R, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation Incident Reporting, shall constitute a breach of this Contract.
