Academic Credit Units. The credits earned at accredited public or private institutions and substantiated by official transcripts or other valid documentation showing satisfactory completion, will convert to PAUs as indicated below. Graduate courses in one's teaching field or an approved course of study for an advanced degree, including credits earned in training as part of the course of study, are automatically approved for PAU credit. Undergraduate courses, including credits for training as part of a course of study, are allowed for PAU credit if justified by the full-time academic employee’s specified teaching assignment and approved by the employee’s xxxx in advance.

  • Credit Union Section 1. The Employer agrees to make payroll deductions available to employees who wish to participate in the Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union, as designated by the Union, or any one of the credit unions duly chartered under State or Federal statutes and approved by the Employer.

  • Non-Credit Courses In all cases, no tuition remission shall be made for courses not carrying academic credit, with the exception of nursery school. Individuals may take noncredit courses for one- half of the normal course fee, but no person will be allowed to take two or more such courses simultaneously at this rate. Registration will be handled on a first-come, first-serve basis with no more than twenty percent of the total available places being held for this purpose. A course not being closed on the first day of class may have additional individuals admitted at one-half of the normal course fee.

  • Credit Union Deductions The Employer agrees to honor Credit Union deduction requests for members who have properly signed and executed the payroll deduction form. Such deduction shall remain in effect until the Employer is properly notified in writing by the employee of any change.

  • Transfer of Credits A. The receiving institution will accept 60 credits from the sending program. A total of 62 credits remain to complete the receiving program.

  • Notice to Credit Union You agree that the Credit Union’s retention of checks or drafts does not alter or waive your responsibility to examine your statements or the time limit for notifying us of any errors. The statement will be considered correct for all purposes, and we will not be liable for any payment made or charge to your account unless you notify us in writing within the above time limit for notifying us of any errors. If you fail to receive a periodic statement, you agree to notify us within 14 days of the time you regularly receive a statement.

  • Membership and Accounts Important Information about Procedures for Opening New Accounts. To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When you open an account, we will ask you your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.

  • Credit Union Examination We may disregard any information on any check or draft other than the signature of the drawer, the amount, and any magnetic encoding. You agree that we do not fail to exercise ordinary care in paying an item solely because our procedures do not provide for sight examination of items.

  • Security Constrained Unit Commitment Adjustments The NTO shall coordinate with its ITO(s) as applicable regarding any request for commitment of additional Generators. If, following coordination among the NTO and its ITO(s), an additional resource(s) needs to be committed to ensure local area reliability, the NTO, or the ITO(s) at the NTO’s request, may request commitment of additional Generators (including specific output level(s)). The ISO will use Supplemental Resource Evaluation (“SRE”), pursuant to ISO Tariffs and ISO Procedures, to fulfill a request from the NTO or ITO(s), as appropriate, for additional units.

  • OFFSET CREDIT/COOPERATION This Contract has been entered into in direct support of LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x international offset programs. All offset benefit credits resulting from this Contract are the sole property of LOCKHEED XXXXXX to be applied to the offset program of its choice. SELLER shall assist LOCKHEED XXXXXX in securing appropriate offset credits from the respective country government authorities.

  • Transfer of Credit A minimum of 64 credit hours must be completed at four-­‐year institutions with completion of the final 30 hours of credit at Avila. Transfer students with an Associate of Arts -­‐ Graphic Arts from MCC will have junior standing at Avila.
