Acceptance Inspection; Equipment and Facilities. Contractor shall make available to Purchaser such equipment and facilities as Purchaser may require to conduct any preshipment inspections. All costs and expenses incurred by Purchaser or its agents to dispatch its personnel for acceptance inspections, including travel and living expenses, shall be borne solely by Purchaser.

Acceptance Inspection; Equipment and Facilities. Contractor shall make available to Purchaser or its agents such equipment and facilities as Purchaser may require to conduct any acceptance inspections. All expenses in connection with such assistance, as well as any and all losses resulting from any deterioration, wear and tear, and damage in the process of any acceptance inspection, and any other expenses and losses incurred due to implementation of such acceptance inspections shall be borne by Contractor, except for such expenses and losses that may be incurred due to any willful or negligent act by Purchaser. All expenses that may be required for Purchaser to dispatch its personnel for acceptance inspections, including travel and living expenses, shall be borne by Purchaser.
