Access and Ownership a. Access to Contract and State Data. The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.
Access and Ownership. After registering, where required, we shall grant Users access to the Site as permitted by us and in accordance with this Agreement. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved for 0X.xxx. When you download software to access our Site, we grant you a limited, fully revocable, non-exclusive license to download one copy of our mobile application to access the Site onto each of your electronic device(s). If you breach this Agreement, your access or license to use our Site may be terminated at our discretion. Additionally, we may revoke your access or license to use our Site if we believe that your actions may harm us, our business interests, or any third party rights. Failure by us to revoke your access does not act as a waiver of your conduct. User agrees that the structure, organization, and code of the Site along with all software components and related services are proprietary to 0X.xxx and/or 0X.xxx's licensors. 0X.xxx and/or its licensors retain exclusive ownership of the Site, any documentation, information and any and all other intellectual property rights relating to the Site.
Access and Ownership. All Customer Data entered, stored and accessed on the ATS server shall be owned by Customer. Customer authorizes ATS to use any Customer Data and usage data in any manner and for any purpose desired by ATS involving product improvement, development purposes, sales, benchmarking, training, and consolidating Customer Data with the data of other customers and for any other use at the discretion of ATS. Customer further authorizes ATS to disclose any Customer Data to any Governmental Body.
