Access Passes a. All access passes remain the property of the Car Park Owner and must be returned to the Car Park Manager upon termination or expiry of this contract;
Access Passes. ARTIST's Representative shall carry all necessary passes for the engagement hereunder. Touring Personnel shall wear Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx tour permanent, plastic laminated passes and these persons shall have the highest priority and total access to all aspects of the live performance. Passes of the cloth variety shall also be issued by ARTIST's Management to give guests access to backstage only. These are dated and validated on the day of performance only. NO OTHER PASSES WILL BE ACCEPTED
Access Passes. Member understands that both a hard key along with a color coded pool pass is required for entry into the pool and Jacuzzi at all times, and such keys and passes, will be available from Operator upon receipt of payment, signed membership agreement and waiver. Operator reserves the right, from time to time, to modify the terms and procedures by which access to the Pool Facilities is provided.
