Access to Accounts By enrolling in the Mobile Banking service, you certify you are an owner, joint owner or custodian on the accounts represented in your enrollment. You understand that all owners of your accounts or anyone with whom you share your Access code or any access code will be an Authorized User, and that authority will be considered unlimited in amount and manner with full authority to perform all transactions relating to the stated accounts, until you notify the Credit Union, in writing of the revocation of such authority. You agree that you are and will remain fully responsible for any transactions made by such persons on your accounts except transactions that occur after the Credit Union has been notified of any revocation of authority and has had a reasonable opportunity to act upon such notice.
Access to the Service 2.1. The Service is accessed either from a web browser (Microsoft IE 6.0 or above) or directly by utilising the Web Service interface. If accessing via the internet, the URL is as directed by your GBG Account Manager.
Access to Service You acknowledge that Your ability to access the Service may require the payment of third- party fees (such as telephone toll charges, ISP, or airtime charges) and that You are responsible for paying such fees. The Provider is not responsible for any equipment You may need to be able to access the Service.

Obligation to Provide State Access to Grant Records The Grantee must make all grant records of expenditures, copies of reports, books, and related documentation available to the Division or a duly authorized representative of the State of Florida for inspection at reasonable times for the purpose of making audits, examinations, excerpts and transcripts.

File Management and Record Retention relating to CRF Eligible Persons or Households Grantee must maintain a separate file for every applicant, Eligible Person, or Household, regardless of whether the request was approved or denied.
Obligation to Provide Public Access to Grant Records The Division reserves the right to unilaterally cancel this Agreement in the event that the Grantee refuses public access to all documents or other materials made or received by the Grantee that are subject to the provisions of Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, known as the Florida Public Records Act. The Grantee must immediately contact the Division's Contract Manager for assistance if it receives a public records request related to this Agreement.
Access to the Services ID’s for access to Vendor Core Research and Analyst Inquiry may not be shared. Access to the Services is restricted to the number of named individuals (each a “Licensed User”) as identified in the Customer Purchase Order.
