Access to District Data. District shall have the right to access and retrieve any or all District Data stored by or in possession of Infinite Campus upon written notice to Infinite Campus’ Designated Representative. If another timeline for response is provided herein, then that, more specific, deadline shall control. Otherwise, Infinite Campus shall make the District Data available to the District within seven (7) calendar days from the date of request.

The Contractor agrees to maintain all books, records and reports required under this contract for a period of not less than three years after final payment is made and all pending matters are closed.

  • Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings If Contractor receives a cumulative total per year of at least $250,000 in City funds or City-administered funds and is a non-profit organization as defined in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, Contractor must comply with the City’s Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings requirements, as set forth in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, including the remedies provided therein.
