Access to Services with Special Arrangements. A. Family Planning Members have the right to access family planning services through any family planning provider without prior authorization. Contractor shall inform its Members in writing of their right to access any qualified family planning provider without prior authorization in its Member Services Guide. See Exhibit A, Attachment 13, Member Services.

Access to Services with Special Arrangements. A. Family Planning Members have the right to access family planning services through any family planning Provider without prior authorization. Contractor shall provide family planning services in a manner that protects and enables Member freedom to choose the method of family planning to be used consistent with 42 CFR 441.20. Contractor shall inform its Members in writing of their right to access any qualified family planning Provider without Prior Authorization in its Member Services Guide per Exhibit A, Attachment 13, Member Services. 1) Informed Consent Contractor shall ensure that informed consent is obtained from Medi-Cal enrollees for all contraceptive methods, including sterilization, consistent with requirements of Title 22 CCR Sections 51305.1 and 51305.3. 2) Out-Of-Network Family Planning Services Members of childbearing age may access the following services from out-of-Network family planning Providers to temporarily or permanently prevent or delay pregnancy: a) Health education and counseling necessary to make informed choices and understand contraceptive methods. b) Limited history and physical examination. c) Laboratory tests if medically indicated as part of decision- making process for choice of contraceptive methods. Contractor shall not be required to reimburse Out-of-Network Providers for pap smears, if Contractor has provided pap smears to meet the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force guidelines. d) Diagnosis and treatment of a sexually transmitted disease episode, as defined by DHCS for each sexually transmitted disease, if medically indicated. e) Screening, testing, and counseling of at risk individuals for HIV and referral for treatment. f) Follow-up care for complications associated with contraceptive methods provided or prescribed by the family planning Provider. g) Provision of contraceptive pills, devices, and supplies. h) Tubal ligation. i) Vasectomies. j) Pregnancy testing and counseling.

  • Performance of Services in Accordance with Regulatory Requirements; Furnishing of Books and Records In performing the services set forth in this Agreement, the Manager: A. shall conform with the 1940 Act and all rules and regulations thereunder, with all other applicable federal, state and foreign laws and regulations, with any applicable procedures adopted by the Trust’s Board of Trustees, and with the provisions of the Trust’s Registration Statement filed on Form N-1A as supplemented or amended from time to time; B. will make available to the Trust, promptly upon request, any of the Fund’s books and records as are maintained under this Agreement, and will furnish to regulatory authorities having the requisite authority any such books and records and any information or reports in connection with the Manager’s services under this Agreement that may be requested in order to ascertain whether the operations of the Trust are being conducted in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Monitoring Arrangements 8.1 We will formally monitor the progress of the access agreement at least once a year and report annually to the SCITT Management Group. Initial monitoring will be concerned with participation rates and the development of data on lower income and other under-represented groups. When specific data is accrued, we will look to monitor against this. 8.2 Our annual report to the SCITT Management Group will form the basis of our monitoring report to OFFA.

  • Service Level Agreements If a Service or a Plan includes a Service Level Agreement (SLA): (a) we are liable for any remedy or rebate specified by the SLA; and (b) subject to clauses 40 to 42, and to the express terms of the SLA, our liability for breach of the SLA is limited to such remedy or rebate.

  • Performance and Compliance with Contracts and Credit and Collection Policy The Seller shall (and shall cause the Servicer to), at its expense, timely and fully perform and comply with all material provisions, covenants and other promises required to be observed by it under the Contracts related to the Receivables, and timely and fully comply in all material respects with the applicable Credit and Collection Policies with regard to each Receivable and the related Contract.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Proposed Policies and Procedures Regarding New Online Content and Functionality By October 31, 2017, the School will submit to OCR for its review and approval proposed policies and procedures (“the Plan for New Content”) to ensure that all new, newly-added, or modified online content and functionality will be accessible to people with disabilities as measured by conformance to the Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility set forth above, except where doing so would impose a fundamental alteration or undue burden. a) When fundamental alteration or undue burden defenses apply, the Plan for New Content will require the School to provide equally effective alternative access. The Plan for New Content will require the School, in providing equally effective alternate access, to take any actions that do not result in a fundamental alteration or undue financial and administrative burdens, but nevertheless ensure that, to the maximum extent possible, individuals with disabilities receive the same benefits or services as their nondisabled peers. To provide equally effective alternate access, alternates are not required to produce the identical result or level of achievement for persons with and without disabilities, but must afford persons with disabilities equal opportunity to obtain the same result, to gain the same benefit, or to reach the same level of achievement, in the most integrated setting appropriate to the person’s needs. b) The Plan for New Content must include sufficient quality assurance procedures, backed by adequate personnel and financial resources, for full implementation. This provision also applies to the School’s online content and functionality developed by, maintained by, or offered through a third-party vendor or by using open sources. c) Within thirty (30) days of receiving OCR’s approval of the Plan for New Content, the School will officially adopt, and fully implement the amended policies and procedures.

  • Compliance with Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies Registry Operator shall comply with and implement all Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies found at <xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/general/consensus-­‐policies.htm>, as of the Effective Date and as may in the future be developed and adopted in accordance with the ICANN Bylaws, provided such future Consensus Polices and Temporary Policies are adopted in accordance with the procedure and relate to those topics and subject to those limitations set forth in Specification 1 attached hereto (“Specification 1”).

  • Coordination, Oversight and Monitoring of Service Providers As set forth in the Administrative Services Agreement between the Fund and CRMC, CRMC shall coordinate, monitor and oversee the activities performed by the Service Providers with which AFS contracts. AFS shall monitor Service Providers’ provision of services including the delivery of Customer account statements and all Fund-related material, including summary prospectuses and/or prospectuses, shareholder reports, and proxies.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • Conditions of Eft Services (a.) Ownership of Card(s). Any Card we supply to you is our property and must be returned to us, or to any person whom we authorize to act as our agent, or to any person who is authorized to honor the Card, immediately according to instructions. The Card may be reclaimed at any time at our sole discretion without demand or notice. You cannot transfer your Card to another person.
