Documents and Other Information. All Documents and other information delivered to the Lender pursuant to any of the Loan Documents are and will be complete and correct in all material respects at the time of delivery to the Lender.

(a) Lessee shall provide or cause to be provided to Lessor, upon request, all documents and other information that Lessor is required to provide to any Head Lease Tax Indemnitee pursuant to the Head Lease Operative Documents and that is within the control of any Lessee Related Person.
(b) Lessee shall prepare or cause to be prepared, and shall timely file or cause to be timely filed, all returns, reports, statements and other documents that Lessor is required to prepare and/or file pursuant to Section 7A(i) of the Participation Agreement; provided that Lessor shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to Lessee any information that is reasonably requested by Lessee, that is not within the control of a Lessee Related Person, that is within the control of Lessor or of a Head Lease Tax Indemnitee and that is reasonably necessary to enable Lessee to prepare and file such report, return or statement.
(c) Lessee shall timely pay or cause to be timely paid directly to the appropriate taxing authority all amounts that Lessor is required to pay directly to such taxing authority pursuant to Section 7A(f) of the Participation Agreement to the extent that Lessee is liable for such amount pursuant to this Article 8.

The court shall ensure the availability of technology to communicate written information to the interpreter including a copy of exhibits being introduced, as well as information after a proceeding, such as an order, so the interpreter can provide sight translation to the Limited English Proficient (LEP) individual if needed.

4.3. The Company is entitled not to maintain documents in paper form if there is an electronic copy thereof (except for original documents). The Company shall not maintain any printouts of electronic correspondence and electronic documents publicly available on the Internet.
4.4. The Company is entitled to withhold the documents of the Client until the fees for the Legal Address and Contact Person Services and the costs related to the provision of services have been reimbursed.
4.5. After the termination of the contracts for the Provision Legal Address and for the Provision of Contact Person Services, the Client is obligated to collect, on its own account, from the Company the documents received for performance of the assignment from the Client or third parties.
4.6. After the termination of the of the contracts for the Provision Legal Address and for the Provision of Contact Person Services, the Company shall keep the documents received for 3 months, unless agreed otherwise.
4.7. After the expiry of 3 months, the Company is entitled to destroy the documents or store them in the archive and to demand the reimbursement of the relevant expenses from the Client.
Documents and Other Information. All Documents and other information delivered to Owner pursuant to any of the Transaction Documents to which Developer or Guarantor are parties are and will be complete and correct in all material respects at the time of delivery to Owner.

4.7. After the expiry of six (6) months, the Company is entitled to destroy the documents or store them in the archive and to demand the reimbursement of the relevant expenses from the Client.

Section 5.18 of the M Company Schedule contains a complete list of Employee Plans which cover or have covered employees of M Company or any M Subsidiary (with respect to their relationship with such entities and each Employee Contract). True and complete copies of each of the following documents have been delivered or made available to T Company by M Company: (i) each Welfare Plan and Pension Plan (and, if applicable, related trust agreements) and all amendments thereto, all written interpretations thereof and written descriptions thereof and all annuity contracts or other funding instruments, (ii) each Benefit Arrangement including written interpretations thereof and written descriptions thereof (including descriptions of the number and level of employees covered thereby) and a complete description of any such Benefit Arrangement which is not in writing, (iii) the most recent determination letter issued by the IRS, if any, with respect to each Pension Plan, (iv) for the three most recent plan years, Annual Reports on Form 5500 Series required to be filed with any governmental agency for each Pension Plan, (v) a description of complete age, salary, service and related data as of the last day of the last plan year for employees and former employees of M Company and each M Subsidiary, and (vi) a description setting forth the amount of any Liability of M Company as of the Closing Date for payments more than 30 days past due with respect to each Employee Plan.
