ACCESSING YOUR eSTATEMENTS. You will receive an email notification of all eStatements, which will allow you to log in to your eStatements using your Online Banking ID and password. Your eStatements are also accessible on the bank’s Online Banking site upon login. If we make such a change and the change creates a material risk that you will not be able to access or retain subsequent electronic records, we will provide you with a statement of (i) the revised hardware and software requirements for access to and retention of the electronic records, and (ii) your right to withdraw consent without the imposition of any fees for such withdrawal. Your statements will be available to you online for 24 months. You will continue to have the option to request historical statements, for which fees may apply; please refer to the applicable Account Agreement and Disclosures for details. If you wish to receive a paper copy of a disclosure or other information presented to you electronically you can contact us by phone at 000-000-0000 or by writing us at Bank Xxxxx Xxxxxx X.X. ACCESSING YOUR eSTATEMENTS. The primary email used to enroll for eStatements will receive an email notification when the eStatement is available, which will allow you to log in to the Bank’s online banking site using your online banking User ID and password and access your e-Statements. Supported browsers should be the current version or previous two versions of the browser. ACCESSING YOUR eSTATEMENTS. Your statement(s) will be made available to you when you log into the Bank’s Internet Banking and click on the DOCUMENTS tab. Your statement will be provided in a readable, printable, and downloadable format.  If you recently registered and no statements are currently available, your current month’s statement may not be available until your next cycle date.  You will have the ability to view eStatements for a period of up to twelve calendar months.

In all cases the statements shall be for the most recent accounting period and shall be prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles; provided, however, that should any such statements not be available on a timely basis due to a delay in preparation or certification, such delay shall not be an Event of Default so long as such Party diligently pursues the preparation, certification and delivery of the statements.
