ACCESSION OF NEW MEMBERS. New Members of ASEAN shall accede to this Agreement on terms and conditions consistent with it and which have been agreed between them and the existing Members of ASEAN. Accession shall be through the signing and deposit of the Instrument of Accession of this Agreement with the Secretary – General of ASEAN, who shall promptly furnish each Contracting Party a certified true copy thereof.
ACCESSION OF NEW MEMBERS. New members of COMESA shall accede to this Agreement on terms and conditions agreed between them and signatories to this Agreement.
ACCESSION OF NEW MEMBERS. After the fifth year of the entry into force of the present Treaty and taking into account the aim of consolidating Latin American and Caribbean unity, the Council of Heads of State and Government may examine requests for accession as Members States by Associate States that have held such status for four years, by means of a recommendation agreed by the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs. The respective Protocols of Accession shall enter into force 30 days after all the Members States and the Acceding State have completed the ratification process.
ACCESSION OF NEW MEMBERS. 1. The Association Committee shall be informed of any request made by a third State to become a member of the European Union and of any request made by a third State to join the political and economic integration processes in Central America.
ACCESSION OF NEW MEMBERS. New Members of ASEAN shall accede to this Agreement by signing and depositing the instrument of ratification with the Secretary General of ASEAN. ARTICLE 11
