Common use of Accommodations of Disabilities Clause in Contracts

Accommodations of Disabilities. Except for any provision of this Agreement, the Employer shall be entitled to take any steps deemed necessary by the Employer in order to accommodate and employee’s disability and comply with state and federal laws prohibiting discrimination on the basis of disability, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
