Accommodations. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the employer shall make reasonable accommodation to the known disability (as defined by the ADA) of an otherwise qualified, disabled individual, unless the employer can demonstrate that the accommodation will impose an undue hardship on the operation of the program.
