Nessun emendamento o modifica apportati alla presente Licenza saranno vincolanti, salvo se scritti e firmati da Phase One. Phase One può, tuttavia, modificare i termini e le condizioni applicabili al Software in relazione a qualsiasi aggiornamento o nuova versione del Software (se applicabile).

The term “day”, used throughout this Agreement, refers to calendar days. Contractor shall not be entitled to any additional compensation for any Permitted Delays.
