Account Manager Incentive Plan. All Donor Recruitment Account Managers (“Account Managers”) will participate in the Red Cross Na- tional Donor Recruitment Incentive Plan. This Na- tional Donor Recruitment Incentive Plan will be reviewed annually to determine if modifications to the Plan are warranted for the next fiscal year. The Company will meet with Coalition representatives of the Local Unions representing Account Managers and discuss any modifications to the National Do- nor Recruitment Incentive Plan.
