On written request, you will be provided the name and address of the credit reporting agency used. Our Advisory Services are not available to foreign investors. In order to open an Account, you must: (1) be a U.S. person (including a U.S. resident alien), (2) have a valid U.S. permanent (no PO Box) mailing address (with the exception of U.S. military personnel residing outside the U.S. with Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses), and (3) have a valid U.S. taxpayer identification number.

If you or another individual associated with your Account resides outside the U.S. and you have an existing relationship with Fidelity, Fidelity may at any time in its sole discre- tion terminate that relationship, or modify your rights to access any or all account features, products or services. By opening and maintaining an account with Fidelity, you acknowledge that Fidelity does not solicit offers to buy or sell securities, or any other product or service, or offer invest- ment advice, to any person in any jurisdiction where such offer, solicitation purchase or sale would be unlawful under the laws of such jurisdiction.

To assist the government in preventing the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, pursuant to federal law the Escrow Agent is required to obtain, verify and record certain information that identifies each person or entity opening an escrow account. As such, concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, each of the Company, the Sellers' Representative, the Sellers, and Buyer shall provide any information requested by the Escrow Agent that will allow the Escrow Agent to identify each of the parties to this Agreement.

Account Opening Information. 2.1.1 In opening the personal bank account, Party A shall apply for account opening to Party B, provide the original legal and valid identification documents, registered mobile phone number with real name and other personal identity information (including but not limited to nationality, occupation, place of residence or workplace address, contact information, ethnicity and tax resident identity information, etc.) as per requirements of the regulatory department and accept review of Party B.

Section 326 of the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001 (“USA PATRIOT Act”) requires the Escrow Agent to implement reasonable procedures to verify the identity of any person that opens a new account with it. Accordingly, the parties acknowledge that Section 326 of the USA PATRIOT Act and the Escrow Agent’s identity verification procedures require the Escrow Agent to obtain information which may be used to confirm the parties identity including without limitation name, address and organizational documents (“identifying information”). The parties agree to provide the Escrow Agent with and consent to the Escrow Agent obtaining from third parties any such identifying information required as a condition of opening an account with or using any service provided by the Escrow Agent.
