Accrual of Benefits and Seniority. Accrual of benefits and seniority shall be suspended during any leave of absence except as otherwise required by applicable law. Failure to return to work at the designated date, time and location at the end of any authorized leave of leave of absence shall result in loss of seniority rights and shall be deemed a voluntary termination.
