Accrual of Earned Time. Full‐time employees accrue earned time based on regularly scheduled hours worked or in pay status up to those hours budgeted for their position (other non‐status hours worked and supplemental compensation such as overtime or law enforcement special details are excluded) and on the number of full years of continuous service to the Auburn Police Department, as follows.
