Common use of Accrual One Clause in Contracts

Accrual One. From 1/1/03 to 29/2/04 the ordinary working hours shall be worked in a 10 day/2 week cycle, Monday to Friday inclusive, with eight hours worked for each of nine days, and with 0.4 of an hour on each of those days accruing, and 0.4 of each of those days credited by the Company towards the tenth day, which shall be taken as a paid day off. The tenth day of the cycle shall be known as the Rostered Day Off (hereinafter called ‘RDO’), and shall include the daily Travel Allowance, and any applicable Site Allowance as prescribed by this Appendix.
