Common use of Accumulated Seniority Clause in Contracts

Accumulated Seniority. ‌ 1 If an employee is laid off and is subsequently reemployed within thirty-nine (39) months of the 2 layoff, all time accumulated for seniority purposes prior to the effective date of layoff shall be 3 credited to the employee’s records.

Accumulated Seniority. ‌ 1 If an employee is laid off and is subsequently reemployed within thirty-nine (39) 39‌ 21 months of the 2 layoff, all time accumulated for seniority purposes prior to the effective date of 22 layoff shall be 3 credited to the employee’s records.
