Accumulation of Personal/Carer’s Leave. (a) In any year, unused Personal/Xxxxx’s leave accrues at the rate of 10 days less the amount of sick leave taken from the current years’ personal leave entitlement; and (b) the amount of xxxxx’s leave taken, in excess of 3 days from the current years’ personal leave entitlement.
