Untaken Personal. Xxxxx’s Leave in any year of service with an Employer shall be accumulated from year to year, provided that a Teacher shall only be entitled to the Personal/Carer’s Leave accumulated in respect of the six years of continuous service immediately preceding the current year of service and the maximum accumulation shall not exceed 150 days on full pay. However, if as a result of this accrual cap, a Teacher’s entitlement to Personal/Carer’s Leave would be less than the Teacher would have otherwise accrued under the NES of the Act, then the entitlement of the Act shall prevail.
Untaken Personal. Carer’s Leave entitlements accruing after the commencement of this Agreement shall be carried forward indefinitely with no maximum accumulation.
