Accumulation of Sick Days in Year of Termination. (a) For teachers in the school year of termination, sick leave days shall be accumulated at the rate of one (1) day for each calendar month of such year prior to termination of service, except that teachers employed on a special service schedule in institutions shall accumulate sick leave at the rate of 1.09 days for each such month up to a total of eleven (11) months.

  • Notification of Sick Leave Days The Board shall notify employees and the Bargaining Unit, when they have exhausted their 11 days allocation of sick leave at 100% of salary.

  • Vacation Period ‌ The choice of vacation periods shall be granted to employees on the basis of seniority with the Employer except where the period requested would be detrimental to the operation of the Employer.

  • Date of Termination “Date of Termination” means the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the case may be; provided, however, that (i) if the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company notifies the Executive of such termination and (ii) if the Executive’s employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of the Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.

  • Retention Period The Engineer shall maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records and other evidence pertaining to costs incurred and services provided (hereinafter called the Records). The Engineer shall make the records available at its office during the contract period and for seven (7) years from the date of final payment under this contract, until completion of all audits, or until pending litigation has been completely and fully resolved, whichever occurs last.
